MAYA Whole Wheat Carrot Cake

 Servings: 8 servings


  • 1 pack MAYA Whole Wheat “Think Heart” Carrot Cake Mix 400g
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 2 pieces egg
  • 1 /4 cups grated carrots (loosely packed) approx. 175 g



  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease an 8-inch round pan.
  3. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well blended. Pour into prepared round pan.
  4. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.


  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup Powdered sugar or depending to your sweet preference
